Robern Decades of Design 50th Anniversary event, Kohler Experience Center, Flat Iron District, NYC

In 2015, Robern was at an important inflexion point. In 1968, Bernie and Rosa Myers founded Robern in Bristol, PA, near Philadelphia, and after Kohler’s acquisition, successive leaders stayed true to the founder’s mentality.

During this phase, we also wanted to stay true to this but to explore adjacent possibilities for growth. Significant custom projects were one strand (see 220CPS). Expanding into Illuminated Mirrors was another, collaborating with parent company, Kohler to sell in Hospitality channels (where Robern was less strong).

There was much change to embrace and the video here shows how we went on the voyage together as a team, growing engagement, receiving amazing discretional effort and having a great time along the way!
