You’ve not seen luxury until you’ve seen 220 Central Park South. On “Billionaires Row”, 58th Street, Manhattan, this property contains the most expensive real estate in the US.

The Robern brand has the credibility to play in this space and the project was “The Adjacent Possible” in live format!

Robern pitched for the custom Medicine Cabinets - its core offering but as the project matured, the (huge) illuminated mirrors and vanities also came into scope. It became clear that even the linen cabinets, the ceiling lights, the bathroom doors and the shower doors needed the same consistent nickel finish and so the project expanded into (at that time) the biggest single bathroom project Kohler had overseen.

The “can-do” mindset from the Robern team and partners such as Next Luxury was something to behold.

A huge challenge but a success overall, this both rediscovered the Founders Mentality (Robern’s first projects were custom metalwork in NYC) and the opportunity was reborn. Robern’s unique manufacturing capability near Philadelphia made custom projects viable going forward.
