The period 2011-2015 is seen as the time when Kohler Mira married the fantastic technical innovation within the engineering team with consumer-focused Industrial Design. As a Leadership Trio with Simon Browning and Craig Baker, this cultural change led to multiple examples of recognition via iF and Red Dot Design Awards as well as the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

Commercial success wasn’t far behind as similar collaborations with Operations led to super-efficient robotic semi-automated assembly of the “Sinclair” mass-customised electric shower platform.
