VADO in 2022, had 5 warehouses across 2 towns, Cheddar and Glastonbury with significant non-value added activity. Customer Services were spread across 3 buildings. In 2024, the Operations, Customer Services and HR leadership team did a brilliant job of moving to 1 single site in Bridgwater while maintaining service levels.

This was a key strategic enabler with significant change management challenges. The single site has double the capacity at no extra cost, priming the business for future growth into its full bathroom portfolio opportunity.

Investment and further efficiencies continued in 2025 via an automated vertical storage machine and a new WMS system at the new site.
